PURCHASES, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
By enforcing this policy, we aim to protect the interests of our committed users and ensure the longevity and integrity of our services. Please read and understand our refund policy carefully before subscribing to any of our plans, and feel free to contact our support team if you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy.
All sales are final. No refunds/credits are made.
Auto renewal feature on a subscription is only available if your mode of payment supports it. Gg69Trade does not offer any refunds on auto renewals. However, we can stop an auto renewal and cancel the subscription if the customer informs our team 48 hours prior to the auto renewal of their subscription. No refunds will be made if the customer does not inform GG69Trade team about an upcoming renewal within the required timeframe as outlined in this policy.
It is your sole responsibility to manage your subscription or give a cancellation request prior to renewals by reviewing your account or emailing support@gg69trade.com.
Access to our products
Our products are completely digital and are accessed through TradingView. In order to get access to our indicators, a Tradingview account is needed. Once a purchase is made, if the customer has not updated their profile during profile creation or after purchasing our services, the customer is fully responsible to contact us via email with the necessary details so that GG69Trade can grant access. If we don’t receive the necessary details we can’t grant the customer access to our products. The customer is fully aware that it’s their responsibility to provide us with their Tradingview username via our website or through email if the same is not updated by them on the website.
Currently our products are only available to customers from India and customers from other countries may not be able to purchase our services.
Once we have all information needed we will grant the customer access as soon as possible, it may take up to 48 hours but we’ll try our best to grant the same within 24 hours. If the customer doesn’t give us the necessary details such as Username and receipt/invoice id that can trace the transaction, we at GG69Trade will wait until we get the information from the customer in order to grant them access.
The access on Tradingview is not logged, hence GG69Trade can’t trace any access event. In the event that a chargeback is placed on a purchase or we receive a chargeback threat during or after your purchase, and the customer says that they don’t have had access to our products, you agree that once you have provided us with your details, it is valid as a proof that you have had access. We do also take screenshots and store customer communication to ensure that we have the proof needed to ensure that we can prove that the customer has had access.
